What Will Happen to Former President Donald Trump Now?

Now that Former President Donald Trump has been indicted by a federal grand jury in Miami,he will report to federal district court in Miami Tuesday at 3 pm Eastern. It isn't clear whether he will be arrested as he was before a New York State court hearing in Manhattan. At his arraignment before a judge, the indictment will be unsealed and he will be informed in full of the charges against him,of his rights and obligations.A federal district judge will be assigned to criminal cases such as this one,but a lower-ranking magistrate judge may be assigned to a pretrial hearing.* No photos will be allowed in the courtroom,so we will have to settle for drawings.Sometimes federal courts allow phoneline audio dissemination. The federal courthouse will be heavily secured by U.S. Marshals and the U.S. Secret Service.* The former president faces more serious charges in this case than in New York State.Conviction of these charges typically results in prison sentences.According to a summary of the charges,he is accused of making false statements, conspiracy to obstruct justice and violating the Espionage Act,among the seven separate counts.
