Strange behavior of pulsars spurred by 'sudden ejections of matter' - European Southern Observatory

Twelve telescopes were used by ESO to ascertain what caused the strange shifts in brightness by a pulsar.ESO has telescopes spread over three sites in Northern Chile,with a fourth under construction.It is a coalition of 16 European nations.
