Data Sonification: Tycho's Supernova Remnant
Chandra X-ray Observatory provided data for the different elements found in the Remnant, such as iron, silicon and sulfur. The Hubble Space Telescope observed the field of stars outside the Remnant.Sophisticated sound engineering converted the data into sounds.

Stephan's Quintet Sonification from Chandra X-Ray Observatory, NASA Telescopes - posted by NASA Marshall Space Flight Center
Stephan's Quintet is a cluster of four galaxies that move around each other, held together by gravity, plus a fifth galaxy at a very different distance from Earth. This image contains infrared light from the James Webb Space Telescope, with additional data from the Spitzer Space Telescope and X-ray light from the Chandra X-ray Observatory. The sonification is created by highly sophisticated sound engineering. For example, the pitch may be linked to brightness in different ways,or X-rays may be linked to a synthetic string sound.
